Masakan Indonesia Yang Lazim Ditemui Di NTT, Kaya Rasa (Indonesian cuisine prevalent in NTT, Rich Of Taste)


Beberapa pekan yang lalu, saya mendapatkan sebuah komentar yang menginginkan sebuah artikel yang menjelaskan tentang masakan Indonesia yang lazim ditemui di Nusa Tenggara Timur. Saya bukan seorang chef atau seseorang yang ahli dalam resep makanan namun semoga artikel ini bermanfaat sehingga menambah wawasan tentang makanan tersebut dan sangat bermanfaat jika berkunjung ke NTT.  Berikut adalah jenis makanan yang dimaksud :

A few weeks ago, I got a comment that requesting an article which describes the Indonesian cuisine prevalent in the East of Nusa Tenggara. I’m not a chef or someone who is an expert in food recipes but hopefully this article useful so that adding little bit your knowledge about the food and very useful when taking a visit to the province. Here are the types of food in question:

    Dan masih banyak lagi jenis makanan lainnya yang ada di NTT dan mulai berkembang. Tidak kalah lagi jenis makanan chinese dan eropa juga telah tersedia namun hanya tersedia di daerah perkotaan. Indonesia kaya akan jenis masakannya dikarenakan oleh ketersediaan bumbu yang melimpah. Meski di Nusa Tenggara Timur, semua jenis makanan nusantara ada namun beberapa dari masakan tersebut tidak lasim ditemui di NTT. Selamat berjalan-jalan.

    And many other foods in NTT and began to grow. And not only that,  many kinds of Chinese and European foods are also available, but only available in urban areas. Indonesia is rich in culinary due to the availability of abundant seasoning. Although in East of Nusa Tenggara , almost all of Indonesian food possibly found, but some of the dishes are not familiar to be found in NTT. Happy travelling.
