Diujung sebuah tebing berdiri kokoh Pura suci, sebuah tempat yang sakral dan suci yang sampai sekarang tidak terkikis oleh ganasnya gelombang samudera meski karang lainnya sudah musnah ditelan gelombang. Berdiri diatas bukit karang yang tinggi merasa seperti sedang menaiki kapal yang kokoh memandang ke garis horison sembari berdoa kepada tuhan “Lindungi kami dari mara bahaya semoga damai damai dan damai”. Ayo kita berjalan – jalan sembari memohon perlindungan dari Yang Maha Kuasa di Pura Luhur Uluwatu Bali.

Karang laut disebelah selatan pulau bali adalah sebuah perlindungan. Seperti sebuah benteng melindungi kota dari ganasnya lautan samudera pasifik. Oleh sebab itu saya memohon perlindungan disana agar tetap aman. Sebuah peninggalan yang maha agung.
